Women's Ministry

Vision
We desire to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ. We aim to glorify God as a gospel-centered ministry that celebrates, demonstrates, and communicates the good news of Jesus Christ among all
people. We desire to lead women to embrace the great assurance and hope of their identity in Jesus Christ and to claim and enjoy satisfaction in Him. We will treasure Christ together through:

• Prayer
• Study and Application of the Word
• Fellowship
• Serving and Caring for One Another

We will encourage and equip the older women to be examples & teachers of the younger women. We are committed to raising up women who exemplify Biblical womanhood.

MENTORING MINISTRY
• To intentionally equip women to understand and apply
the biblical principles of womanhood to all of life
• To provide training for mentors in order to equip them
to teach, mentor, and/or counsel other women
• To strengthen women in their love/service for the church

AFFIRMATION MINISTRY
• To encourage and exhort women in their walk with God
• To provide Touchpoint Seminars that have specific
topics to meet current needs of the women of MEFC
• To provide Open House gatherings on a regular basis
for women to connect and grow friendships

PRAYER MINISTRY
• To have a group of women committed to praying for the
women and/or the children of MEFC and connecting
weekly through email with Scripture prayers
• To have a covenant member woman available on
Sunday mornings to pray with women
